The infamous Deep Core Mission in the Gulf of Mexico had successfully planted a key EM component along the hemispheric polar axis point for the next phase weapon systems.

This weapon was called ARC II. It’s intent was not to destroy, but to keep out.
In 2009 the military-industrial engine of the Allied Delta Group, known as ADG, discovered quite by accident that through a synchronized deployment of Global HAARP they could tap into the 13th chakra point and harness and manipulate collective unconscious data.
This discovery led to a frenzied clandestine development period, which ultimately provided the Dream Bomb.
In other words, the dawn of dream warfare had begun. Military forces of non-allied states immediately became horrified of the prospects.
Weapon Specs:
Utilizing highly mobile HAARP pods, coordinated by airborne units and a redundant satellite network, the Dream Bomb can be detonated to annihilate entire populations with meta-subversive inceptive tactics.
There is no conventional or analogue or digital defense against this new weapon.
A new breed of conscious warrior is being trained throughout the ADG platform to act as the dream special force combat operative.

She was lying practically naked in the sweltering midday heat next to her broken down Challenger. In the distance she noticed an approaching vehicle across the desert, raising a wake of shimmering dust cloud behind it. She could barely make it out as the 1967 black Camaro.
She smiled and managed to set up a bit as the car stopped nearby, the door opened, and he stepped out. He shook the dust off his clothes, and raised his aviator shades for a better look.
“What are you doing here?”
“Can’t stand the heat.”
“So you end up at the bottom of Dante’s Peak here in Death Valley? Makes perfect sense… Here, I brought you a cold bottle…” He couldn’t help but smile at her forlorn fragile beauty…
She was an expat mercenary soldier tasked to destroy the Sector 7 HAARP base. But, along the way HAARP too had become obsolete. The Dream Bomb had gone rogue, and the battle was now between the collective unconscious and ADG.
She, on the other hand, was dreaming a bit too vividly………. A copy of Alice Baily was lying tattered next to her, pages torn to roll with hemp journeys.
